Licensed mental health professionals (counselors, psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and other credentialed clinicians) work at the heart of human experience, across private practice, community mental health, agency, hospital, university, school, and integrated care settings.
This assessment is a snapshot. Your answers reflect where you are right now, not who you are permanently. Answer based on how things feel today, to the best of your ability. There are no right or wrong responses, and you can retake this assessment as your life changes.
The inventory covers nine dimensions of wellness. For each dimension, you will be asked about:
Burden: The stressors and demands you experience — both general life stressors and those specific to licensed clinical work. For each, you’ll rate how often it happens and how heavily it weighs on you.
Knowledge: What you understand about this area of your wellness.
Skills: What practices, habits, or actions you use in this area.
Readiness: Where you are in your relationship with this area of your wellness — from not having given it much thought to having well-established habits.
Protective Factors: What is already present in your life — people, relationships, environments, beliefs, or practices — that sustains and restores you in this area.
